The Global Mission operates financially as a faith-mission organization founded on the conviction that God desires us to trust Him to meet all of our needs. Each staff member, including the founder and president, is responsible for building a team of individuals and churches who work together to finance his or her ministry. This team of Ministry Partners contributes funds to The Global Mission to cover salaries, benefits, training, and ministry expenses, plus a portion of the administrative costs. Our efforts are only made possible through the generous donations and prayers of people like you, vital partners in ministry.

The board of The Global Mission desires to keep our staff free from financial distractions and focused on our mission, and determines salary levels to promote a moderate lifestyle, longevity in ministry, and individual freedom and responsibility for staff.

Much of the financial support for The Global Mission is donated by through individuals. We have found that the majority of believers in Yeshua prefer investing in this way rather than for a general fund or a project. These personal investments in an individual ministry give a great deal of satisfaction and a much more direct sense of partnership to those investing. In this way, each member of the team has their own personal missionary on the field. This encourages them to also play an active part in the critical task of praying for the ministry.
